Right of Cancellation

You may cancel your contract in writing (i.e. letter, facsimile or email) within 14 days without stating reasons.

The cancellation period lasts fourteen (14) days from the day you or a designated third party who is not a carrier have or have taken possession of the goods/the last goods..

To exercise your Right of Cancellation, you must inform us (Fit For Family., Herminenstraße 6, 31675 Bückeburg, Telephone: +4957229201704, Email: info@fitforfamily.org) by sending an unequivocal explanation (i.e. a letter sent by regular mail, facsimile, or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached Sample Form of Cancellation, which, however, is not mandatory.

To guarantee the Cancellation Period, it suffices that you send the Notice to the Right of Cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the Notice to the Right of Cancellation

When you cancel this contract, we will have to return to you all payments which we have received from you, including the delivery cost – as far as these were covered by the customer – (with exception of any additional cost resulting from a different type of delivery method which you may have chosen other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and within fourteen (14) days at the latest, from the day on which we received the Notice of your Cancellation. For this repayment, we will use the same form of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless other arrangements were specifically made with you, under no circumstance will we charge you with fees due to this repayment. We can refuse the return payment until we have received the goods back again, or you have supplied proof that you have sent the goods back; depending which point of time comes first.

You have to send back or hand over the merchandise immediately and in any case within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the day on which you inform us about the Cancellation of this contract. The period is adhered to when you send back the merchandise before the end of the fourteen (14) day period. You are charged with the immediate cost of the return of the merchandise.

You only must bear the expenses for a possible loss of value when this loss of value, after having examined and tested the merchandise’s texture, qualities and functionality, results from unnecessary handling by you.

Exclusion of the Notification to the Right of Cancellation

The Right of Cancellation does not exists with contracts about the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for which a specialized selection or purpose by the consumer for its production is essential, or which are uniquely customized towards the personal needs of the consumer. The Right of Cancellation does also not exist regarding contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly, or whose expiration date can be exceeded quickly.

Special Notifications about the premature expiration of the Right of Cancellation

Your right to cancel expires prematurely with contracts about the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health safety or hygiene, if the goods’ seals was removed after the delivery. Your right to cancel expires prematurely with contracts about the delivery to sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed packaging, if the seal was removed after the delivery.
